			POLICY REVIEW AND FORMULATIONS
			Formulates policy recommendations and implementing guidelines in collaboration with other government agencies and the stakeholders;


			PROGRAM PLANNING AND PROJECT PACKAGING
			Continung formulation of programs and projects e.g. genetic improvement schemes, mechanisms for livestock distribution, PBME, assistance to the livestock sector ;


			INFORMATION SUPPORT SERVICES
			Production and distribtuion of technical materials;

			MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF ACTIVITIES
			Continuing with DA-LP program components and livestock projects;

			CONDUCT OF DIALOGUES/SEMINAR/WORKSHOP
			Conduct of public hearing, special events, etc.
